1. Key Definitions
1.1. Company or Data Controller – UAB Svaleksa, a private limited liability company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with company code 303267463, registered office at Pavilnionių 32, Vilnius, LT-05273, Lithuania.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person who is a customer of the Company (including website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company’s online store at https://4skating.eu/.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person – the Data Subject, whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly using such data as personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any action performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, classification, grouping, combination, modification (addition or correction), provision, disclosure, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, deletion, or any other action or set of actions.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to the Company’s activities, selling goods to the Company, or collaborating on joint projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, in media outlets, websites, the Online Store, retail stores, or retail chains.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of text information automatically created while browsing the website and stored on the visitor’s computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals via mail, telephone, or other direct means and/or collecting their opinions regarding the offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document that establishes the principles and rules for processing Personal Data when using the Online Store’s services.
1.11. Account – the main data for the Client to log into the Online Store, consisting of one email address and a password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, numbers and letters, or other symbols created by the Client, which allows access to the Online Store.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all Personal Data processing activities specified in this Privacy Policy to the extent and for the purposes described herein.
2.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania’s Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other laws regulating the processing and protection of personal data, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. Personal Data in the Company is processed according to the following principles:
2.3.1. Personal Data is collected for specific and lawful purposes;
2.3.2. Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;
2.3.3. Personal Data is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed;
2.3.4. Personal Data is kept up to date;
2.3.5. Personal Data is stored in a form that allows identification of the Data Subject no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed;
2.3.6. All information about Personal Data is confidential;
2.3.7. The Client’s Personal Data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. It is considered that the Client, by purchasing in the Online Store, has read and agrees to the current Privacy Policy. If the Client does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, they must not place an order or purchase goods in the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and can be printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, or updated at the Company’s discretion. The new version is published in the Online Store.
2.6. The Client may place an order in the Online Store either without registration or by registering through their Account.
2.7. During initial registration in the Online Store via an Account, the Client must provide their email address, create a secure Password, and provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store. The Client is responsible for its accuracy. Upon creating an Account, the Client receives an identification code.
2.8. When using the Services or purchasing in the Online Store, the Client must always provide accurate Personal Data and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. The Client has the right to change or supplement their Personal Data in the Account at any time or request the Online Store to delete the Account.
2.10. The Client must not disclose their Password to third parties and must keep it secure; otherwise, all responsibility lies with the Client.
3. Collection, Use, Correction, and Storage of Personal Data
3.1. The Company respects each Client’s right to privacy. The Client’s Personal Data (name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address for goods/services, age/date of birth, payment data, purchase history, and, with the Client’s consent, gender, date of birth, residence) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. E-commerce purposes: collected data include name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, IP address, payment information. Personal Data used for e-commerce purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the Online Store.
3.1.2. Direct Marketing purposes: collected data include name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, residence. Personal Data used for direct marketing purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the Online Store.
3.2. The Client may give consent for their Personal Data to be processed for direct marketing purposes. If the Client later withdraws this consent, the Company will cease processing Personal Data for direct marketing and will not send any marketing messages, except for order-related information.
3.3. The Client may revoke consent at any time by notifying the Company via email at info@4skating.eu, clearly stating the withdrawal of consent for direct marketing use.
3.4. The Client may also opt out using the link provided in each marketing email.
3.5. As a Data Subject, the Client has the following rights regarding the processing of their Personal Data:
3.5.1. Obtain information from the Company about the processing of their Personal Data, and access their data and how it is processed;
3.5.2. Obtain information about the sources, types, purposes, and recipients of their Personal Data over at least the last 1 year;
3.5.3. Request correction, deletion, or suspension (except storage) of Personal Data if processed unlawfully.
3.6. To exercise these rights, the Client must present a passport, identity card, or driver’s license. The Company provides information free of charge once per year. Requests can be sent via info@4skating.eu.
3.7. Personal Data is not disclosed to third parties except:
3.7.1. With the Client’s consent;
3.7.2. To Partners providing services for e-commerce purposes;
3.7.3. As required by Lithuanian law to competent authorities.
3.7.4. Payments in the Online Store are processed using Swedbank, so necessary payment information will be transferred to „Swedbank”, AB.
3.8. The Client is informed of their right to object to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
3.9. The Client agrees that Personal Data may be shared with Partners for order fulfillment and providing Services, as described in 3.7.
3.10. If the Client does not agree with the Privacy Policy, they cannot use the Online Store’s services.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.
3.12. Personal Data may be stored longer than stated if required by competent authorities or in cases of suspected illegal activity, identity theft, or other legitimate purposes.
3.13. The Company must respond to requests related to Personal Data within 30 calendar days, providing a written response if requested.
3.14. For the Online Store to offer full services, cookies are stored on the Client’s device to recognize the Client as a previous user, collect site traffic statistics, and information about the shopping cart. The Client may view or delete cookies at any time.

4. Other Provisions
4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement the Privacy Policy in whole or in part. Changes take effect upon publication.
